Since what we do is so individualized to each person, what we do initially is have you in for what we call a strategy session.

In it we go over goals, injury/medical history, show you the facility, go over program options and most importantly go through our assessment as our biggest philosophy is that the workouts and programs you do are 100% individualized to you in every way and that is how we find that out.

WARNING : We Are Not Your "Average" Gym
If anything we are The Gym For People Who Are "Not Gym People"

But we actually make it a point to not call ourselves a gym at all because we are the exact opposite of what most people think of when they think of a gym - no guidance, no expertise, no community, seas of equipment, sweaty people not talking to each other, and of vital importance, not enjoying the process. But most importantly, yo-yo-ing or not reaching their goals altogether. The unfortunately often getting burned out, injured or both.

Fitness and reaching your goals should be something that builds you up in every way. Empowers you, improves you and makes you better at whatever it is you want to be better at - looking better, feeling better, moving better, getting out of pain etc. Not something that takes from you in any way.

We always say the vast majority of people are far cooler than the average gym or business gives them credit for. There just has to be an environment and culture that is truly a place to feel safe to be yourself in a community of like-minded people all striving to reach their goals as well as what we call, "constant, never-ending self improvement.
We Are Also The Home of the "Before and After After"
The latest trends in the fitness industry include fake or forged before and after pictures, downright lies in their claims as well as many people pushing overpriced and under-qualitied supplements/products with a fire-y passion simply because they make large chunks of commission selling those supplements.

We are a no tolerance zone for that and emphasize that the major transformations people go through, are sustainable for the long term. No "NutriMost" lose 30 pounds in 30 days and gain 35 back over the following 30 days scams.

Our facility is only based off of doing what works the absolute best for the people we serve as per the knowledge and expertise that is currently available. And we are constantly learning and improving to do just that. A huge differentiator for us with virtually every other gym in Erie, is that if something happened in the fitness industry from an educational or innovation standpoint that overhauled everything we do here...

We would overhaul everything we do here. We do not do anything because "it is what we do" or "it is how we doing things here" or built off of a methodology. We only do what work the absolute best.
Training Areas
Customized / Personal Training Sessions
The quickest way for someone to reach their goals is by doing something that is completely individualized to them. And that is exactly what we do here - 1 on 1 individualized programs implemented in 1 : 3 coach to client ratio so we get the best individualization possible with the support and motivation of having workout partners in addition to expert coaches.
Team Training
Just because sessions are done in a group aka group personal training doesnt mean they have to be unindividualized, generic or not involve coaching. Ours blend individualization and coaching with the camaraderie and support of a group to do it with you.
Kinstretch Classes
A few sessions examples (sped up to be inside of 1 minute each) of what a Kinstretch class would or could include.
